Experienced Assembler Wanted in the Industrial Sector

We are now looking for an experienced assembler for our client in the industrial sector. You will work with assembly and construction according to drawings and flowcharts. The job requires precision, technical understanding, and good collaboration skills.

Your Responsibilities

You will work on various heavy tasks related to the construction of different types of facilities for the client's projects located in Kalmar. Work will be done according to drawings and flowcharts. Some TIG welding may also occur. You will work both in a team and independently.

• Assembly and construction according to drawings and flowcharts
• Pipe assembly
• Welding (preferable)
• Handling of overhead cranes (requires a crane license)

Your Background/Skills

To succeed in this position, we believe you have previously worked with heavy assembly or plumbing assembly and can read drawings. We are looking for someone who is technically inclined, ambitious, meticulous, and responsible. You are comfortable working independently while also being able to collaborate easily with others. A good ability to prioritize tasks based on needs and meet deadlines is essential. Furthermore, we appreciate a drive and interest in developing and improving routines and processes. Additionally, we will place great emphasis on your social skills.

• Experience in pipe assembly
• Good experience in reading and working from drawings
• Welding background is a plus
• Cranes and forklift licenses are required

You are meticulous, responsible, and have good collaboration skills.

A valid driver's license and good ability to express yourself in both spoken and written Swedish and English are required.

Employment

This is a consulting assignment with Wikan Personal where you will work for our client. After six months, it may lead to a permanent position for the right person. The position is full-time (100%).
